I had heard that there was an Aliens Quake project taking place out there someplace on the web, while doing searches for AliensTC Doom stuff one evening. In my travels, I found a site where the oddest message was communicated. It seems that FOX, (TV and Films) has decided that the use of Aliens in some of our software projects for the iD Games is somehow detrimental to their abilitiy to make billions of dollars in their entertainment endeavors. I have also heard that they are attacking and taking to task the kids who have X-Files web sites as well. It's obvious that some Einstein programming executive thought this mess up. No one at FOX has ever heard of free advertising, or word of mouth. Anyway, I think the best bet for all of us web folks is to send the message to FOX that we ain't gonna go to their new Aliens movie. Besides, I saw a review that said it sucked! (*As it turns out, the movie did suck, and it stunk up all the theatres, and video sales were dismal. Hope they learned something.....)

The Alien Quake project was using copyrighted material without permission and this makes Alien Quake an unauthorized and illegal production. "OK FOX DUDES, COME ON OVER TO MY HOUSE AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU GET ANYWHERE CLOSE TO MY HARD DRIVE"......[EVIL GRIN].... You must also remove all references to Alien Quake from any WWW pages or internet sites you keep or maintain. All distribution of Alien Quake is illegal and you should know that the Alien Quake team are under obligation to report the name and URL of any distributor to 20th Century Fox.
